Below you will find several house plans that we have used recently.  With Bricks & Gables being a custom home builder you will be able to adjust the plan however you see fit.  You can also increase or decrease the square footage to an extent.

Bricks & Gables can also use a plan that you own or have found online.  If you have found a plan online we can have our architect draw them up exactly the way you would like.
